Job Summary

As a Motorman-welder in the Maritime Industry, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment, as well as welding tasks aboard a vessel.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing welding tasks for repairs and maintenance
• Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment
• Assisting with engine room tasks as needed
• Following safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Motorman-welder in the Maritime Industry
• Certification in welding
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Physical endurance for long hours of work
• Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination
