Key Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests
• Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Capable of lifting and carrying trays of food and drinks
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
