Key Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Capable of lifting and carrying trays of food and drinks
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
