The Assistant Hotel Manager will assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure all hotel operations comply with maritime regulations and industry standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest feedback and complaints
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Assist in budget planning and management

- Prior experience in hotel management or related field
